mediocrity is all around..its all pervasive....in the presentations i make, in the reports i submit, in everyone in everyfuckinthing..wanna get rid of the mediocrity...the complacency

It's not pervasive. It may be around you, but it's not IN you. That's what matters most.
what r u talkin' about? r u frustrated with ur self or someone else? & what's ur definition of the word? u sound frustrated. if u need something from a person(s) then maybe u should make sure U! r being clear about ur expectations. COMMUNICATION or lack of! can either make or break anything. maybe the problem (mediocrity) is coming from ur inability to express what u r talking about. lead by example. u seem intelligent & there r probably plenty of people willing to follow ur lead. u must be clear. people can't read minds...not everyone. communicate. communicate. communicate...or not. just know, u will continue to be frustrated. what the hell is going on?
